International Consultancy is looking for a dynamic, aggressive and mature
person to fill the position of Director of Research, Training and Consultancy
at our Company.
Job Description
- Assisting Managing Director in
daily management of the Company staff at the Company
- Supervising the application,
processing and implementation of various consultancy, research and
training at our company
- Writing expression of Interest, Request
for Proposal, Filling Tenders and other associated documents for the company
- Answering all letters for the
Company
- Negotiating with our clients on
terms and condition of various consultancy works
- Managing the quality of all
consultancy of the Company
- Doing other work as assigned by
Managing Director
Experience and
Qualification
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in Training,
research and Consultancy. The person should have the following experience.
- Very experience in writing
Expression of Interest, Request for proposal, preparing tender document
and other associated task
- Excellent Command of English
language, both written and oral
- Computer knowledge
- Ethical and hardworking
- Good negotiations skills,
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Up to date and willing to work
extra hours to meet pressing deadline.
- General knowledge of Consultancy
industry
- The
person should be very mature, aggressive and interactive.
- Applicants
should have more than 45 years of age
- Very mature applicants (50+) who
are at the end of their career or retired but still energetic will have
added advantage.
Payment and other
Benefit
·
The
payment of 700,000 TZS per month
·
2%
of the Company revenue based on the won contract
